Cenikor Foundation is one of the oldest and most successful substance abuse treatment centers in the nation. For more than 45 years, Cenikor has helped more than 30,000 people create an addiction-free future and regain their self-worth.
Cenikor provides the full continuum of care, helping adults at every stage of their recovery, from detoxification, through short-term inpatient care, long-term residential programs and outpatient care. Cenikor also provides adolescent short-term inpatient treatment and outpatient services.
Our short-term residential program, located in the Joseph R. Briscoe Treatment Facility, provides non-emergency care and includes a planned, professionally implemented regimen for people with co-occuring substance abuse use and mental health disorders. Comprehensive, individualized treatment plans include individual and group counseling, education for gender-specific issues, life skills training for clients and education for family members.
